Yertyl was found on the side of the highway with no water source in sight. He was picked up and taken to a rehydration tank to recover. He was extremely dry and had been out of water for some time.
Bingo came in as a 32 gram baby with his 5 passel mates, very dehydrated. As they grew, his passel mates decided his tail would be a tasty snack and bit it. Bingo then paid to much attention to it when it was cleaned and it ended up being chewed to a short stump. Because of the lack of tail, Bingo was a Non-Releasable possum. He went to the outside pen until a suitable permitted home could be found for him.
